About TechBox+
TechBox+ is a software development company with offices in Fort Lee, New Jersey and Skopje, North Macedonia. We build custom software for other businesses, and we build and run our own business management products.
Two Kinds of Work
Client projects. We design and develop web applications, internal tools, and SaaS products for companies whose work doesn't fit off-the-shelf software. That usually means dashboards, portals, booking flows, approval steps, and integrations with tools the team already uses. We also build company websites and mobile apps, and handle UI/UX design, brand identity, and marketing & SEO.
Our own products. We also build software under the TechBox+ name, including StorePlus for inventory, The Hub Clean for cleaning companies, Boxwia for HR, and TrackBit for project tracking. Building and maintaining these products ourselves is where most of our experience with operations software comes from.
How a Project Runs
Every project starts with how your team works today, not with a fixed package.
Map the Workflow First
We look at who uses the system, what steps they follow, and which tools and spreadsheets are involved before we suggest what to build.
Scope a First Version
We agree on a focused first version with clear deliverables, then build in short cycles so you can review working software as it comes together.
Support After Launch
After launch we handle fixes, updates, and new features as your process changes. Specific support terms are set in each project agreement.
